Hey since debt doesn't matter I think Canada itself should go out and start borrowing.. Maybe we could use the money to replace all the gold we sold in the 90's. At least it would be to good use... Seems you can borrow as much as you want if you have some gold in your vaults. Even if you fudge the numbers a bit on how much you have.. :)
