I would say that, as head of IPR, the sale is not a significant percentage of his holdings. He has probably been sitting on the stock for years. Even at the break up price (somewhere around $14.50 was it not?) it is a nice profit. No doubt he structured his finances to account for the reduction of upfront cash in lieu of future stock profits, maybe he cant wait any longer. (I should be so lucky as to have to dump 3K shares!)

Oh well nice to dream about those 'problems'
