OK.....so government programs run through the same office building have their overhead paid by taxes but the amount of overhead a person pays who won't take Med B has got to be infinitesimally small in comparison with the entire Medicare and Medicaid program

Of course, Medicare enrollees pay for Medicare B and D, especially if they buy them...
