I finally turned the corner on ICGE and now think that it has a lot less risk than it had over the last couple of years. Yeah, I know. It was a DUH moment, but this time it sunk in enough that I bought more. I've gone from wondering whether it was going to tank to wondering when the rest of The Street will notice their turn around. This will be interesting.
