Regarding the IBM/RDRT GMR demos, is RDRT's current GMR technology an evolution of the development work done with the GMR heads developed by the folks at the Lawrence Livermore Labs? >>

You ask a good question and unfortunately I do not have the answer....yet. I have assumed that the answer is yes but I do not know that factually. I hadn't even thought about asking the question frankly. I will see what I can learn as I suspect this next week at Diskcon we will get a chance to hear something.
