I think astn share price will go down

because of upcoming dilution, possible delisting, upcoming toxic convertible financing, lack of profits, very little COH, financial/legal liability for SEC regulation violation, the final result of Westergaard fraud case in regard to astn promotion and the FUE fraud case in regard to the astn boilerroom and mob involvement. This is my opinion, how I see it. Sorry if it appears to be a negative slant to you.

Why do you think the share price will go up? Sure vwap is doing better but it's not profitable yet and costs may be rising.
