Good morning, chirodoc. As it so happens, I just received
my 1999 annual report a few days ago. On page 4 it says:

"In all, about 90 percent of Ericsson's shares are owned by Swedish and international institutions."

By voting rights the two largest are AB Industrivardenn, 28%, 46,520,000 shares, and Investor AB, 22.3%, 68,376,700 shares. Evidently, different categories of shares carry different voting rights.

Your annual report should be in the mail, if you haven't received it yet. Good luck.
