Well, Kay Bailey Hutchinson just announced she won't run for reelection in 2012 in Texas. She wanted to come home and retire to a cushy governorship and when the people told her to stay in Washington and do something useful she decided to punt.

I am very disappointed in Kay Bailey but suppose it's for the best. She was really nothing more than a place holder during her career in the Senate, and even more so now.
