The only problem w/ your pointing to Centennial, Cendant, and Sunbeam is that they were already there when things fell apart.

Labor Ready did not have the luxury already being listed on the NYSE. It had to go thru the full rectal exam before the Exchange decided it passed muster.

So, I think you've haven't exactly invalidated my point.
