Insider sales coincided with the 180 day IPO lockup expiration which happens for virtually all IPOs. I don't regard that as meaningful.

TMTA misjudged demand in Japan, which caught them off guard after they had reaffirmed guidance. So they're now paying the price for that goof. How quickly they can recover will depend a lot on how quickly they can prove their development cycle advantage. So far the jury is out.
