I've been away, just got back. I spoke to him on Weds. at noon EST, he said that he wanted to speak with you, since he was aware you had posted about not being able to get in touch with him.

Chas, your post was very good. They are all good questions. I still think the royalties for Cooper may be a good deal for us. PPP is the real wild card, I agree.

As stated before, I'm holding at this point to get the PPP shares. It is my understanding that everything being done results in no dilution.
