jmho, but considering the current timetable for 3G licensing, there would be no way to pick up much in the way of revenues before the third quarter of '05, with plenty of expense to gear up if any eventual upside is real. The timing could change; insider activity will be key. The possibility of a last gasp runup on 3G rumor as PAS winds down is very real without seeing continuous insider accumulation--- and contracts, as was seen in early 2003. Interesting, but any assumption about big telecom moves in China by outsiders-- even domestic Chinese vendor outsiders--- is pure speculation. There was illegal pre-release insider buying last week in UTSI. Nobody outside can deduce what's next, yet. More information will come along. [no position]
