They both announced a split in the price, you just don't get any more shares. I have an opportunity to invest in a private round for the ecommerce site below. They are doing the round at a $200mm valuation, what do you think I should do? Good play on the Christmas selling season of cheaper goods given the negative wealth effect of the economy.
