Marvin, I haven't liked the gridlock either, although you'll have to admit the reps sided with Clinton more than a few times to get things enacted over the objections of many of the dems in congress! <g>

I think Bush deserves a fair chance, and I get riled at folks who want to pre-judge him. He IS our president-elect, after all, and all of us are bound by love for country I hope.

Let congress do their appointed job - checks and balances are a good thing, but let them not be after some kind of revenge or retribution. I want to see the country progress and prosper - everyone, even Mephisto! <g>
