In Sec A pages 1 and comtinued on page 4, Circuit City, Best Buy and Comp
USA say "CPQ is king of feature overloads having all three cash, cache, and
cachet. All the features CPQ puts into its computers, sets it apart form
competitors Sony, IBM and HWP." The article then goes on to say that CPQs
are what clerks push.
Obviously Morgan Stanley reads the WSJ!!!
