I imagine it will go something like this:

Before split:
1000 calls * 100 = 100,000 shares * $5.00 = $500,000

After split:
1:10 = 1/10 * 100/1= 10 shares
10/1 * $5.00 = $50 per share
100,000 shares / 10 = 10,000 shares
10,000 shares * $50 = $500,000
10,000 /100 = 100 calls
