Greg,

Just a thought. The report on the 1.1 billion stated that they were "potential RECOVERABLE reserves" That may change things and interpretations a bit. It has been stated that there was a blow-out and that the oil is oozing from some of the concrete plugs.
The fact that there is oil in the region in indisputable and widely accepted by the WORLD. With a 4.7 MILLION ACRE CONCESSION bordering PROVEN reserves it seems impossible for there to be a void in AIPN's concession.
Step back and look at the dynamics of this scenario and see that this is history in the making for Kazachstan and its influence in the industry.
Fortunately for those of us who hopped on board early it should also change history for a few of us.

Peace, NoMoney

P.S. Also it was said by Mr. Faris(of AIPC) that one major offered a deal that was "too much too soon". It seems logical that there may be a small deal made to put cash in the coffers for AIPC. Also to give them time to find out just how valueable this concession really is.
