Well, I guess I am just in a mood for ritual combat. This is what I do when I feel like my arguing and essay writing skills are fading, and I cannot rightfully sharpen them on the sweet, kind and lovely people who live with me, because in person I am a little intense. I am sure that is not the case here, however! ;-) Please let me know when you are in that kind of mood as well, and we might be able to have fun. I do think it is interesting that the NRA and Charlton Heston are not the foes they were perceived to be, and indeed that more Americans see that the emperor has no clothes, or something like that. And I hear Mia Farrow on Larry King reading statistics including the one that children in homes where there are guns are SEVENTY FIVE TIMES more likely to commit suicide than other children. And I am very happy to see Rosie O'Donnell taking on the gun issue. So I guess since things are changing, I find it fascinating to discuss once more.
