Anybody deal with AOL's Instant Messenger? I've installed it on the kids machine under my administrator name and have tried to enter my daughters sign-in info (user name/password, etc.). Every time I put in the info I get this message: " Thank you for your interest in this Screen Name-enable service. At this time, we are unable to permit you to access this service. We are sorry for any inconvenience". I've tried to get her registered about half a dozen times over the last couple of days but that's what I get each time.

Of course, their help section never contains the exact problem I have and there appears to be no way to contact them. I've tried a google search to no avail.

Anybody happen to know anything about how to do this differently?

Thanks in advance.....Jerry
