"John is still with us" is the quote from the tech staff when they answered my email regarding today's problems. It's interesting, IQ Chart customers depended on John and now that he's in another department (or wherever) everybody's paranoid, thinking that nobody is listening to us. ARE THEY LISTENING? If they are, IQ Charts could do a lot better job communicating that to us. They need to put up another sacrificial lamb on the chopping block. That used to be John. Anybody agree?
