Brian, I also think the state AGs that had political aspirations are out of luck now. The public continues to tell these guys in every poll that it is not a tobacco company. Winning against tobacco is not the same as winning against a well liked company. It must mean they are too stupid to make it far politically.

One should remember that juries will be deciding in any private lawsuits. I can't see private lawsuits getting anything from juries.
I believe MSFT also feels the same way and decided that it was a risk they are willing to take.

They must have weighed all the possibilities before deciding to go to a verdict.

I find myself agreeing with their decision.
