I was joking, and in a hurry, didn't mean it to be personal!

I'm against 211 (but can't vote :-( ) and was just pointing out that any lack of news (good or bad) can lose you money. If you can sue for the lost $$ over not knowing something bad before you bought, why can't you sue for not knowing something good before you sold?

Not to mention the fact that any information could be construed as important, so why not force companies to release info daily? Because that would be silly! So I would say that you can't sue a company for being unsuccessful, only for clear fraud on the part of the people running it. Caveat Emptor!
