I cannot disagree with anything you stated on your post. I realize AOL is going exactly the way you stated. I know it's got the best branded name (Yahoo very close behind). Here's the rub:

It will take time to shift to new revenue streams as the old one disappears. BIG PROFITS ARE FAR OFF ... wouldn't you agree??

1998 earnings should be used to justify the current stock price ... wouldn't you agree?? (Okay, so use a higher P/E, say 30x)

AOL IS TREMENDOUSLY OVERBOUGHT BASED ON THE ABOVE "SIMPLE" THOUGHTS OF MINE ... again ... wouldn't you agree?
