Question for Groaner - everyone else can ignore.

I had to go into work today to see this first hand.

Have you ever seen experienced this. A 'shortcut' on the desktop to a batch file does not properly execute an "if exists" file copy, yet when running the batch file directly, the copy works just fine? I've never heard of such shenanigans on XP before.
