Hello Fiducie,

Unfortunately, giving an indication of numbers at this point
is imprudent - first of all, we need to complete the integration
work which is probably a 90 day process so we have not
built any impact into this fiscal year's forecast; however, given
the size and scope of Oceania's customer base - including the
2 largest HMOs in the US - we see the impact in 2000 and
forward as being significant. And I know you're going to ask
what we mean by significant, but the time to give a better answer
will be when we've completed the integration work and have a better
sense of potential transactions.

The introduction to Oceania was through FLV - FLV is an investor in
Oceania as well as BCB so this is further evidence of the value of
our relationship with FLV.
