I think this new information about the third transfer agent in a matter of months, and number of shares outstanding, is quite interesting, and worthy of further investigation.

Three transfer agents in one year is not the norm. As our own President said, "while my answers were legally correct, I did not offer information".

I wonder if securities representation could have had anything to do with the change?<s> Some TA's require companies to have what they consider proper securities representation and will recommend that a company seek a new TA if they have concerns...
