There are no plans to issue more shares and any financing for the movies will not include additional stock as payments. These are OFF BALANCE SHEET FINANCINGS. The key word being off. When they announce that the 15 million is raised that basically means they are making money. They will receive fees to make the movies and that is gravy. So before the movies get released they will have already taken in money not to mention the international fees they are receiving. What people also forget is the money for the first Grizzly Mountain movie is coming in and on that small budget movie they are going to make a couple of million.

G/G also have 20 million shares between them which at that were not issued at the time of the financials.
