Prime Minister Chretien will retire, the Kyoto Accord will slip from the public eye to the bottom line and will take it's place alongside NAFTA and the NEP as another plan that disenfranchises Canadians.
I suspect that Mr. Martin would do nothing to change the Canadian stance on Kyoto.

The Kyoto Accord will not be the political highlight of Prime Minister Chretien's career, he has managed to maintain international interest in Canada's politics.
