Les Scott is now the President and Director. It was announced in a press release. sedar.com This necessary in order for the company to become in good standing. But I think you are right. Doug still controls it. The last I heard Doug was trying to get the stock trading trading on the pink sheets of OTC BB. This would allow the shell to attract another project and give the stock some life. In December he had targetted early Jan as the trading date, but that doesn't look possible. I hope the delay is because he is close to working a deal with a project now, before it gets trading. The only thing that gives me hope is that this is the only asset Doug has. His only salvation is to attract a good project that makes the shell worth something. When he wins, we win - something. At least enough to get our money back. Unfortunately I think his technology has now fallen so far back that it isn't worth much. I don't think it was greed, I think it was standing still, watching the world pass him by and still wanting the full potential of the deal without his own effort. In any case, it is not over yet, I don't think. Ted
