The Diaz & Altschul Group, a New York firm that arranges and invests in convertible financings, says it simply shuns deals that encourage investors to profit from a falling stock price. So Your are SURE the the CEO has no IDEA what he is doing and you are SURE that he made a BAD deal. GET OUT OF TOWN . BTW So you are predicting that the stock will go down tomorrow are you?
