I believe the problem is the page itself. Perhaps the site you mentioned a couple of days ago has changed the way their pages are constructed. You can't send pages that are in "Frame Sets" and other exceptions such as CGI pages. But most pages can be sent by email. Try opening this page in Internet Explorer and try the send "Page by email" option.
