t2, Re: I think Microsoft sees it the same way; otherwise they would have settled. I think they considered all the costs and benefits. That is my thought too. Whenever I read someone said how stupid Microsoft was to not to settle which will cost them a lot in the private lawsuit, my immediate reaction was, if all these Microsoft executives(whose stake in MSFT are much much more than those people on the street) are that stupid, how can they make it the No. 1 in market cap(ok, now No. 2) ? Gary looking for bargain in a few hours time.
