Let's see... $4.5mn cash burn per quarter and $16.5 mn cash & ST investments. Looks like a no brainer short sell. Unless, of course, you'd like to take their word that this Elron Software, whose previous owners were so happy to get rid of that they didn't even insist on cash, will sell so much anti-spam stuff that Zix will be a great turnaround story. Err... maybe not :-)
