I know, on CNBC they were talking about how IBM is using cash to buy back shares to offset their earnings, nothing new I guess but it doesnt seem that they have confidence in their operations ability to bring earnings in.

I think there might be sentiment though, so if I go in on IBM, it will be at the 115 level or so and a few months out.. I will pay for it and watch it make me money.

I had to laugh at the dude last night on CNBC saying his target was 130-140... Not in my opinion...
