I have researched this company inside and out and I'm at the point I have invested all I can find in this company. Here are the reasons.

1. Lazar Levine & Co. - 24th largest auditing firm for publically traded companies. I have heard all the negatives about unaudited reports, so you will get your audited company financials with the 4th quarter and yearly combined into one financial. Spoke with a person at Lazar Levine & Co and he said the financials should be prepared by the end of June. Could not guarantee this but said there is a lot of info on the company.

2. Purchase of Companies - Tiny Mind Polymedia is a profitable company and Henley is buying through a stock purchase which is good thing. You can acquire companies without depleating your cash reserves. Open Orders Inc. again is a profitable company from what I can find. All of my sources say the deal was for about 1.8 mil and I cannot find out what price the Tiny Mind deal was for at this time.

3. Meyerson - I have talked to numerous people within Meyerson and everyone one of them feel Henley is a great buy and Meyerson is still buying shares themselves. They feel that the price per share will rise in the next 60 days, but will be a great long term stock (1-2yrs @$5-$8per share).

4. Harold Stock - Will take the ball and run! Talked to a few people at Magra and everyone contends he will take Henley to a new level.

5. Revenues - The recent buy of Open Orders puts Henley's revenues around 8 mil. They expect (Meyerson & Henley) revenues to grow around 20 mil by the end of the year. This will be done with the acqusition of new companies and increased sales of its other companies.

6. PR - Company has none! Losing Jeff Brommer really hurt and Daisy knows nothing! She is not a PR person and the company's web page is terrible. Any consolation Henley has hired a new company or person to handle their web page. So look for new information by the end of the month per Daisy. Meyerson people say the could care less about the PR of the company until the company gets to around 20 mil in sales. They feel when Henley gets to the 20 mil mark then they will start promoting the stock to other institutions.

7. Nasdaq listing - Company trying to meet the criteria for a listing on Nasdaq. From my sources, they are getting closer than one would think. If this happens, look out for Henley to explode.

8. Grapevine - Rumor is that Henley was in negotiations to buy a company with revenues around 20 mil. Talks broke off a few weeks ago but the company called Henley back and the talks are back on. If Henley can swing this deal look for the price to go up dramatically.

All the information I can find is presented here. The information is gathered from people and should be taken as just more info to make an educated buy. If anyone can post a message on SI and let them know where to find thid info it would be appreciated.

I will post more info later and if anyone has info please post.
