Well but....

In Arkansas, we voted for and passed term limits but the courts ruled it couldn't apply to federal offices. Therefore all elected officials except the two senators and four House members are term limited.

Would not the same courts rule the requirement for a birth certificate from presidential candidates cannot be controlled by the states, it's a federal issue? And as the federal courts rule in the 2000 election in Florida.
