R O F L M A O your own post proves that it is NOT a dictatorship. a dictatorship means absolute power is held by either an individual or a small group (like a "junta" i.e. 3 - 5 members, usually generals -gg) i have never heard of a dictatorship having 100 elected members who vote -hahahahahaha besides... i doubt very much if you have ever lived under a real dictatorship anyway... what is this ? are we being invaded by a bunch of escapees from the thread who depend on the psycholocos ?
