"There is a much greater amount of debt, junk bonds, derivatives in the system than in 2008. As interest rates increase, defaults in debt/bond markets will happen and zombie corporations and small businesses barely surviving will file bankruptcy.

Government debt servicing costs increase substantially which creates need for higher deficit spending because % of spending for debt servicing decreasing amount of budget available for spending.

On the flip side cb's may start QE to save the everything bubble once more."
