That mailout was received by stockholders and others about two months ago, and I feel that is the primary reason why the stock price is where it is now. So, I am inclined to think that perhaps the stock price already anticipates those higher expenses as well as the possibility of some government sales visibilty. However, Bramson is an extremely conservative person and he also said in the booklet that he would be controlling expenses with iron-clad fists, so I would not be surprised if he actually shows better results as he did last year when he also had predicted a poor 3Q. Conclusion: the stock price already reflects at least part of the forecast and can only get better even before earnings are released. Just my opinion.
