RocketMan, my downside ( to probably 85 ) is quite limited. On the other hand we don't know if the " sell on the news " is already done today at these prices and the judge's decision will be mostly anticlimactic. I think MSFT will fight, and when this is dragged though the courts for years it will be greatly diluted. This is not like AT&T where the Guv gave them a monopoly. MSFT is not preventing anybody from developing an OS. We got Linux. Buy the if you think it is better. By the time this drags though the courts, the techno field will have changed at light speed and all this will all be distant memory, TA
