TLC is Tastes Like Chicken....a mildly famous member of SI amongst the old guard.

The nessie pattern is a bearish pattern where you have a rounding top, followed by a smaller rounding top that ducks below the support line from the bigger rounding top.

So EXPE doesn't fit exactly, but just think of Nessie (the loch ness monster) dipping her head in a submerging motion.
