This rating represents an estimate of the fund's current strength. It is not a prediction of the fund's future strength. A fund may be strong, neutral or weak. Strong: If a select fund remains Strong for 52 weeks, the fund shall have +24% annual return or better. Neutral: If a select fund remains Neutral for 52 weeks, the fund shall have an annual return from -12% to +24%. Weak: If a select fund remains Weak for 52 weeks, the fund shall have -12% annual return or worse.
