Yes, WAR CRIMES he himself admitted, becuse of killings like Steve Gardner's of the little kid, defining them clearly as all lethal actions taken against non-combatants. And who was to blame? THE F'ING PENTAGON for their rules of engagement which were IF IT MOVES IN A FREE FIRE ZONE SHOOT IT, BOMB IT OR BURN IT DOWN.

Not to mention napalm, carpeting bombing and Agent Orange, plus the CIA Phoenix Program which assassinated many-many suspected enemy using barbarian methods such as beheadings and disembowlments. It was very real and don't blame the messenger. Kerry wanted th stop the madness and did play a big part in stopping it.

In fact any lethally active soldier in that theatre of war was taking part in "war crimes" was defined by the Geneva Convention. But since everyone was doing it with Pentagon approval the entire war was one big war crime. Was that Kerry's fault? I think not. McNamara admitted responsibility in his film "The Fog Of War" see it before you open your noxious mouth again slandering our war heros and blaming Kerry for doing anything the others didn't do.

Bottomline, Vietnam was a very wrong ugly and even evil war. Who was to blame? Not the grunts or the officers on the ground but the leaders at the very top.
