The Syjet sounds suspiciously like vaporware, a not uncommon occurance, to say the least, in the technology world. I'll believe it when I see it at the local computer store, not in a press release. With negative cash flow and a bad image with wall street and suppliers, how is Syquest going to produce mass quantities of the Syjet. Remember, Beta was a superior technology, but do you see any Beta players around? Iomega's good will with the Zip (Most people who buy it, love it) will allow it to capture a significant portion of the 1 gig+ removable hard drive market as well. People will NOT wait 6-7 months for a Syjet when the Jaz is already out and available.
