What he doesn't expect is today's market reaction with NASDAQ down over 348 pt., if you are watching CNN right now, they are saying it will down to 3500 pt. tomorrow. In addition, another 15% to 20% down from MSFT and related Tech. stock. You can see DJ got up 'cuz people is moving their holdings from NASDAQ tech stock to the conservative banking stock etc.
