Mr Mark just random musings I was hoping to set the options you mention from within the Add Printers Wizard. But without this RPC Server service, NT is not even opening the wizard. RPC is a communication subsystem in NT that I need to set the values you point to... NT is a great, stable OS... but you pay the price when it comes configuring periferals... Clarence
