BB selling has been beaten to death on Yahoo board. BB remarked about it at the annual meeting. All his vested/unvest options are detailed in the 14A. go to sec.gov and do you'll find it there. I think BB selling is a non issue. He's been with the company 5 years and taking some money out. Any pooling of interest acquistion will lock up all insiders for a year or more.
