A change from one month to the next when the author of the article has already admitted that the previous months sales were weaker than a year ago. Sorry, but big friggin' deal. It's a useless statistic. Are sales for the month the best in 8 years? I think not. Golly, why can't these reporteers get soem useful baselines and simply report what happens. Useless!! Are these guys only interested in goosing the SOXX? Do they get paid for anything else?
