I have not had a local ISP access number since April of last year so I have not been following anything. I am writing it off this year, assuming it is a dead issue. (At least for me, at least for now) So I have no real scoop on what is the current deal with it. All I know is Riley, good, bad, or indifferent, doesn't hold all the blame.
