200 K, 350 K wherever you want to start. You have to draw a line somewhere. Since we have a huge debt now we need to raise revenues. 200 K without kids is wealthy. 200 K with a large family isn't. There need to be realistic categories taking into account dependents and so forth. Certainly those making a million a year or moire in dividends should be taxed higher. They are the ones getting off the easiest now. The idle rich. Plus they no onger have to pay tax on their estates so you create a permanent idle rich class with no incentive to work, hire, give to charity or take risks.
